How to make a beat
- Tap the grid — each row is a drum (Kick, Snare, Hi-hat, Open Hat, Clap, Tom) and each column is a 16th-note step. Click cells to switch them on.
- Start from a pattern — House, Boom Bap, Trap or Rock, then tweak it.
- Set the tempo and press play. The playhead shows where you are; every fourth step marks the beat.
